Annual Reports and Audits
An Annual Report is prepared within 6 months of the end of the previous fiscal year per the Trust Fund Agreement. The Trust Fund is audited annually also within 6 months of the end of the previous fiscal year. The Annual Reports and Audit documents are provided to the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia and the Government of the United States, and made available to the public. The Trust Fund Agreement between the United States of America and the Federated States of Micronesia is also provided below. The Agreement implements Sections 215 and 216 of the Compact of Free Association, as Amended, regarding a Trust Fund.
